These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of doganic.com and your purchase of products from Doganic LLC ("Doganic", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Products
All products sold on doganic.com are intended for adult dogs only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If your dog has a health condition, consult your veterinarian before introducing new products to their diet.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable California tax rates. Doganic LLC is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties outside of standard California sales tax.
Subscriptions
Billing
Subscribers are billed automatically at the start of each renewal cycle based on their selected frequency. It is the responsibility of the account holder to maintain valid payment details to prevent shipping delays.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled delivery, cancellations must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for charges already processed.
Skipping a delivery
Need to pause? You can skip deliveries from your account settings. Like cancellations, all skip requests must be made 48 hours before your next shipment to ensure the pause is applied correctly to your current cycle.
Shipping
We currently ship within California only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using standard USPS rates. Processing time is within 2 business days of order placement.
Doganic is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@doganic.com within 7 days of receipt. We'll discuss replacement or store credit options on a case by case basis.
Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, graphics, and textual content on doganic.com are the properties of Doganic LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited under applicable copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
Doganic LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from product use. Individual results vary.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of doganic.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
