At Doganic, we’re committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and eco-conscious shipping experience. Our organic dog treats are packed with care using compostable, eco-friendly materials to help reduce our carbon footprint.

Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Doganic LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer. (Note: This is generally not applicable for U.S. domestic orders.)

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Doganic LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items to support your claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your Doganic purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To begin the return process, simply email us at info@doganic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide clear instructions via email on how to proceed.

You’re always welcome to contact us at that same address for any return-related questions.

Damages or Issues

We carefully pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving it so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? The quickest way is to send us an email at info@doganic.com with your concerns. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive your return request via email, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
